Here's the process of building my first PC. If I can figure out how to do it, so can you! Be sure to take your time and enjoy putting everything together. Use your resources! There's plenty of helpful videos on youtube and people willing to help on forums. After the build is completed you will need to install windows via USB, update the GPU drivers, and update the chipset drivers. In some cases, you'll also need to do a BIOS update.
