5,615I'm transforming my cluttered unusable garage into a functional maker space and secondary Nerd Cave filled with cutting edge 3D printers, CNC cutting machines, tools, and materials so my friends and I can make anything that pops into our imaginations and easily film it and share the experiences with you all. This is the 1st video in the series of many as the transformation takes place.

Q) Why not just shoot the maker videos in the Nerd Cave?
A) 3D printers and CNC equipment can be really messy and I want to keep the main Nerd Cave clean and organized and let the messy stuff happen in a designated area.

A) No, Jay inspired me to create a separate space to suit my needs but I didn't actually go lease a dedicated studio and hire employees like he did. I'm still keeping this very simple. But it can do wonders for your brain to change up your area that you're working in and now this will give me options!
