9Bungie just nuked 34% of their studio resulting in 220 people layed off and addition 230 are being moved in to over areas of Sony Interactive entertainment. It seems like leadership hasn't learned its lessons from the pass 6 months and hasn't rectified alot of the problems and it has ultimately led to this becoming the norm as many employees are blindsided by the lay offs today.
