There will always be exactly 1 bust to left/west of WP. There will always be exactly 2 busts to right/east of WP. There are three layouts in Sewers. In each layout, the room immediately to west/right of WP will always have a bust. There is a good rule of thumb based on whether that room is an open or closed room which will let you know whether third burst is up or down. If its open, third bust is up. If its closed/narrow, third bust is down. However, the video further details how you can navigate even more precisely than that based on what the second room looks like when its closed. Further, the video also details how, if you want, you can read the entirety of the Sewers layout based on the first bust rather than waiting until room after WP.
