Bypass Twoson with the Skip Sandwich in EarthBound (SNES) - A Wild Glitch Appears! #shorts

In EarthBound for the SNES, there's a somewhat simple way to bypass the events in the town of Twoson by abusing the power of sandwiches. Using this glitch will allow you to detour around Everdred, Happy Happy Village, Mondo Mole, and The Runaway Five, and you can go straight to Threed. Make sure to save your game before you try this trick because you can easily get softlocked.

The first thing you'll want to do is buy as many Skip Sandwiches from the Onett bakery as you can.

Then go to the southeast section of Twoson and find a very specific corner of town. It's down and to the right of the tree in front of the house owned by the guy who has a cat and a lot of "old, broken junk" that he would hate to throw away. You know the place.

Now eat a Skip Sandwich once you're near the right spot. This item will give Ness (aka Lemon) a temporary speed increase. Use this speed increase to wedge yourself snugly into the corner on that spot, and then rapidly alternate between down and left on the D-Pad. With some patience, you should be able to clip through the mountain wall, and wiggle onto the other side.

Now you'll need to do it again on a spot just to the south of where you wall clipped. So eat a Skip Sandwich, wedge yourself into the right corner near the wall, and alternate between down and left on the D-Pad. This should allow you to wall clip once more, and you're almost done.

Lastly, position Ness just to the right of the bush that is placed directly below the Threed tunnel. Now wedge yourself up against it so the mountain ledge is on your right. Now quickly alternate between up and right on the D-Pad while under the influence of the Skip Sandwich speed increase. Once you wiggle through to the road, enter the tunnel and keep walking left.

Since the ghost in this tunnel think you're trying to leave the town of Threed, they are programmed to grab Ness and bring him back to the east side of Threed. Congratulations! You just circumvented all the events in Twoson, which saves you a ton of time.

And don't worry about recruiting Paula (aka Scorp). She will automatically join your part in the scene where Jeff (aka Gains) arrives with the Bad Key Machine.
