Final Vendetta - A Game You Need to Try #shorts
2,340I was recently given a copy of Final Vendetta by someone from Numskull Games who reached out to me on Instagram. They're not paying me to say this - and trust me, I would tell you if they were because I have to - but I need to tell you this game is SUPER COOL AND FUN.
Final Vendetta is a retro-style beat 'em up game that doesn't shy away from its likeness to the Streets of Rage series, but like... if you're going to take inspiration from other games, why not take inspiration from some of the best games out there?
The first thing I noticed about this game is how good the sound composition is. The music is funky AND fresh, and even the sound effects feel crispy and satisfying.
Not to mention the gameplay itself is engaging albeit punishing at some points. This game is hard, but it keeps me wanting to play more. You can also play 2 player mode.
Even Tiny Cat wanted to play it, and he's a cat!
