I'm not sure how long I will play this game anyway, especially the company making some big mistakes and fandom going... uh you know.
Well, it's basically risk vs consistency. While mostly said Dodoco Tales still does better than Widsith, it's still up to you. I prefer using both of them anyway.

The difference between them, is the number clicks and when to do. Since Dodoco Tales requires a Normal attack for the buff effect to activate, it's going to be like Q-E-Normal-Charged or Q-Charged-E-Charged-Normal/Q-Charged-E-Charged-Normal-Normal-Charged. While on Widsith, it's just luck, and then Q-E-Charged or Q-Charged-E-Charged.
