C4 Lisa actually has Quadratic Scaling
317Note: This is still an underinvested Lisa. TLDR; "Lisa's Lightning Rose can have AoE properties as well as very limited Quadratic potential. In turn, one may be able to condense a group of mobs close enough to accentuate Lightning Rose's total damage output." It's only limited when we can condense the enemies within a small AoE & it's only quadratic when facing at max 3 enemies. Although with more than 3 enemies, it's still hitting more instances of damage but just not quadratic anymore.
