The on-screen instructions say that your job is to arrive home safely in your car. Things in your way are the path, moles, planes, and machine guns.
Collision is a bit iffy and you can only destroy the planes. Fairly challenging. A bit annoying that you can only shoot in one direction. I realised after a while that the game loops forever so took the title literally.
