Here I walk out of some unhygenic-sounding places (a W.C. and Infected Hospital) in search of something to fix my, erm, pipe.
There's also a "Dirty Painting" on a wall. I don't think the Press would like that much unless they're "The Stun" maybe...
At 23:29 I get some hints from a friendly Russian newspaper.
Useless unless you had a Russian-English Dictionary at hand back in the '80s. Being the internet age I can quickly translate it into: "BARTENDER LIKES CAMEL PIE, CHIPS, AND SALAD" and "HIT A BUTTON FOR LAUNDRY ROOM".
Also snapping a pic of the rose has helped my financiers, though the ballast picture isn't enough (you need to take two, baby).
