I've already done WAAAAAY more than I was going to with this but Dhalsim's stage seems ripe for conversion....other stage backgrounds may look horrible without a true pixel artist. Even here some colours will have to be changed as there can only be 4 colours max per 8x1 pixel boundary at best of course but hey it's 7pm and I have to get back to plastering my house! :o)

This is just the elements I have already done combined, all isolated Multicolor bitmaps are tested with C64 yourself and its associated palette

The background would be static except for scroll time, otherwise the multicolor underlay bitmaps will be soft blitted with the CPU alone 7/8ths of the time when there is no character scroll required to complete the C64 'hardware scrolling' feature.
