I only found this because I listened through all the game's tracks again. And when I did, it caught my attention. Perhaps I'm projecting, but this feels melancholy to me. I say that because none of the comments on an upload of this really mentioned it sounding sad. Just peaceful. Granted, it is a piano slowly playing in a cafe. Still, the radio quality makes me think that it's a recollection of a happier time that's now distant. Not nostalgic...more...wistful? Yeah. But perhaps I'm off track, as it has been many years since I've played. But Neutral is the only route I've played, so I feel a slight connection to this place.

This reminds me of both Tawagoto/Nonsense Speaker and Valak Mountain Night. Tawagoto has that section of the song where the quality gets muffled like this track, and there's something about it that I really like. And so, the static, melancholy mood, and piano of this track makes me think of it. For Valak, the beginning parts sound similar. Rather simple, but something I like nonetheless.

*Sigh* Right when I'm getting back to uploading, something I hear brought me back down again. Painful. ...But I won't be demotivated. The type of sadness that I feel from this track doesn't fit with how I'm feeling, but I appreciate its company regardless. And so another moody track has been extended.
