I added a new smart extruder to my Makerbot Replicator+. I had forgotten how easy it was to calibrate the Z offset. Now you can get a head start on Calibrating the Z offset on My Makerbot Replicator Plus.

Check out my Settings to Print without Raft on a Makerbot Replicator Plus. Took me about 3 years, but I finally have a system where I can print on the Replicator+ without using raft!
