From June 13th, I went back to a Manual Save to June 7th prior to taking this mission to get the Advanced Toolkit from the Loner Repair Tech. As shown, I buy it from Sidorovich, take it to the Loner Base and then take the mission to find it. This also ends in failure. Despite having the Advanced Toolkit before or after taking the task, I believe two things are in error. The PDA does not recognize me getting it once I do but the biggest problem seems that the Loner Repair Tech's dialogue becomes bugged immediately after being given the Basic Toolkit. The second choice option of giving something to him is there before and after getting the Advanced Toolkit. Therefore it appears that this task does not get bugged during the Advanced Toolkit process but during the actions of the Basic Toolkit. This is why people are able to give both Toolkits at once because once the dialogue conversation is closed after giving just the Basic Toolkit or the Basic AND Advanced Toolkit, it leads to failure after this point. This is a serious problem to my Game.
