Just recently my Game has decided not to give any screen prompts or notifications on my PDA about a Psi Storm or Emission. I hear the sirens, the Stalkers seek shelter but unless I watch them closely, it's hard to see exactly when they start or end. The worst part is not getting the PDA hints over what is a "safe house". While I know most of them in the Cordon & Marshes, this will really be a problem going into future levels.
