Xenotech, the Loner Base Repair Tech, gives the tasks to find the basic and Advanced Toolkits. This was made a pleasant experience by having them on me as I took each task. This all takes place in the middle of a Psi-Storm where I must seek shelter in a building ( or that helicopter that's flying overhead if only I could reach it ).
