June 13th. After taking the task to find an Advanced Toolkit on June 7th, I attempted to get my reward. My PDA does not recognize that I have it but I do get screen prompts that I have it. The Loner Repair Tech's dialogue is bugged in that he does not have a choice to take it and has leftover dialogue from the Basic Toolkit job that just loops without change.
