Strange Secrets will be unlocked when you find 15 Occult items. The ones found in this video are at: 16:50, 42:23, 55:20, 2:10:37, 2:14:50, 2:23:39 (requires high investigation), 2:28:18, 2:35:55, 2:39:15 (2 items), 4:09:29, 4:18:35, 4:33:20)

John Raymond Legrasse is an achievement for finding 20 items using the Hidden Object ability, some might not be available due if you fail an investigation attempt but there are more than enough to get the achievement anyway. You can find them at: 53:40, 1:01:45 (3 items), 1:21:10, 1:44:55 (2 items), 1:51:10, 2:00:40, 2:01:35, 2:02:25 (2 items), 2:13:58 (2 items), 2:24:19, 2:42:45, 3:09:30, 3:16:55, 3:25:50, 3:28:35, 4:36:10, 5:29:55, 5:35:10 (2 items), 7:56:00, 7:59:20, 8:01:35, 8:08:00)

No Prohibition for Darkwater is unlocked by distracting the guards at 56:10. You can get the achievement and still go through the sewer for The Delusional Investigator anyway which will also get you three Hidden Object items.

The Shadow out of Time and The Delusional Investigator will be unlocked in Playthrough two because I failed the strength test with the sewer gate and they are in this location.

A Brilliant Mind is unlocked by entering the basement via the globe puzzle in Chapter 3 at 2:17:15

Detective Historian will be unlocked when you have found all of Margaret Wickwood's Memoirs. These will be found at: (2:28:36, 4:14:12, 4:32:10, 5:51:55, 7:55:20)

At 3:30:00 give the inmate the sleeping pills if you have then to unlock Sandman

Shared Guilt will require some specific dialogue at different parts of the game. First, at 4:03:03 say "He Died Screaming" and "It Wasn't Me Who Sent Him There"

Complete Revelation is for reading all of the occult books at the cost of your sanity. There are three and they are found at 4:14:45, 4:34:55, 5:52:20

The Thing of the Doorstep is unlocked by fighting off the Shambler using only one dagger. It will be the same one every time and the fight is at 4:19:52

Hippocratic Oath is unlocked in Chapter 8 while playing as Dr. Colden at 5:10:39, choose all the same dialogue that involve being helpful towards patients and other doctors.

Scholar of the Unspeakable is unlocked at the end of Chapter 8. Just allow Drake to help you (5:39:30)

Fluent in R’lyehian starts in Chapter 9 and all you need to do is choose all 9 R'lyehian responses that come up (6:11:51, 6:27:45, 6:31:30, 6:33:33, 7:19:00, 8:26:35 8:39:50)

The Dreamlike Investigations: in Chapter 10 at 6:59:50 choose to accept the knowledge

Companion in Arms: at the end of Chapter 10, shine the light on the Shambler as it attacks Drake (7:14:45)

The Rats in the Walls: in Chapter 11, choose to punch one of the drunks (7:22:00)

The Abomination of Darkwater: I couldn't imagine you missing this, but in Chapter 12 make sure you kill 5 "zombies"

The Good Samaritan: Also in Chapter 12, save Mitchell instead of Kat (7:43:00)

Voyage into History: In Chapter 13, open the sailor's chest (8:08:00)

Endings: In Chapter 13 at 8:14:00, don't take the medicine, don't eat the meat and use the gun. This should ensure you get the right choices for the ending and then at 8:42:10, choose to either Perform the Counter Ritual for Fight Destiny, Sacrifice Yourself for Nameless Cults or Perform the Ritual for The Call of Cthulhu to get one of the three endings. You can reload to get the other two after.
