Provocation

Provocation is the fourth mission in the Campaign. It is the third mission in Nightmares.
After a lengthy cut scene you will be thrown into battle with Hendricks. Eliminate the enemy soldiers and robots near the buildings ahead, but don't go too deep in. A Collectible can be found in the open garage to the right.
Head into the marketplace to deal with a number of soldiers in a small space. Tactical grenades will be very useful here to disable a group of enemies before taking them out. Another Collectible can be found in the back corner on a table.
When you're ready to move on, head up the stairs at the other end of the market. Be on guard, two soldiers and a sentry turret are located behind the windows on the second floor of the bar. Eliminate the enemies and continue forward.
A mobile artillery box can be found around the corner. Switch up your weapons and Cyber Core abilities if you like. More enemy soldiers are positioned on cliffs up ahead. Some will run down the path towards you. Stay behind the rocks instead of rushing ahead. Pick them off one by one and proceed when you cannot see anymore using DNI Tactical Mode.
The next area is filled with more soldiers. A sentry gun is positioned on top of a small shack in the middle of the area. Take control of the sentry gun or destroy it before moving up. When the area is cleared, jump across the gap towards the town and enter the building on the left. A Collectible is located on the second floor.
Deeper into the town are more soldiers and robotics. Kill and destroy them all as you push forward towards a series of shipping crates. Take a right when you get to the crates.
More robotics and Talons will come out to fight. If you can destroy three talons using your gun without missing a shot, you will complete an accolade. Additionally, some riot shield soldiers will slowly move into the fight. Use grenades or shoot their feet to take them out quickly.
Turn the corner and jump up on the yellow crate ahead. Before jumping back down, look in the blue crate to the right for another Collectible.
Continue through more soldiers and a Warlord. Further ahead is a huge robot called a P.A.W.W.S. It's possible to hack this gigantic bot and wreak havoc on everyone around, but you will need the right Cyber Core ability, and it takes longer to hack this bot compared to Sentry Guns or Talons. Hack it and kill eight enemies to complete an accolade. If you can't hack, use grenades and your primary weapon to take it out.
The next area is a multilevel building called the Cloud Forest. More soldiers, including a Warlord, are inside. Within this building are big, blue stalactites. Shoot these to drop them onto soldiers and kill them instantly. If you can do this, you will complete an accolade.
Push forward through Cloud Forest. You will go in and out of the building as you climb up the floors. The third floor contains another Collectible. It's located on a small shelf around the middle of the room.
The next floor has a group of robotics and two sentry guns positioned in the back. Use Cyber Core abilities to either hack the sentries or destroy the robotics. If you don't have the right abilities, you can always throw grenades in the small space. Hack the terminal in the back to activate a cut scene.
After the cut scene you will need to defend Hendricks from waves of enemy soldiers. There will be many soldiers in a short time and a short space. You may be able to get a few achievements / trophies here such as Gun Game, Biff! Bap! KaPow!, In Their Sleep, and Rolling Heavy. Use the consoles for cover and hold your ground until no soldiers remain.
Another cut scene will play as you transition to the next part of the mission. You will end up on the Super Trees. If you kill every soldier on all trees, you will complete an accolade. Additionally, you can earn more accolades by killing while using the zip lines, killing soldiers using zip lines, and destroying the large ship known as the Wraith.
The final Collectible of this mission is located on the bottom floor of one of the Super Trees. From the first destroyed Super Tree, take the right zipline to the next tree, then head upstairs and to the next set of ziplines (to the left). The necklace is on an ammo crate next to the end of the zipline.
Head towards the destroyed Super Tree and take the elevator shaft up to the top floor. Jump off the edge into the water below, then swim to the objective point and board the air boat. Stay on guard, more soldiers are positioned around the air boat.
Another rail shooter will begin once you jump in the air boat. Shoot anything and everything in front or behind you as Hendricks races to the end of the mission.
