Call of Duty: Black Ops: Part 01
2I don't know why I'm playing this game. I like Call of Duty games but never played them on the Xbox 360. Yet, I somehow acquired the Call of Duty Black Ops Collection, which has Black Ops, Black Ops 2, and Black Ops 3 Multiplayer+Zombies (whatever that means). After Advent Rising, I was looking for something I could play that wouldn't take long to finish. Thankfully, action games on the 360 are all between 6 and 8 hours, and if I play the game on "Easy, " I can bust it out pretty quickly.
Having just finished two past-generation games, they have a quirky sense of control. If I'm faced with playing the games on "Normal" difficulty, I would quickly abandon the games. While Black Ops doesn't have a quirky sense of control, there is so much visual noise from explosions and effects that I have difficulty following the action. So, there is a lot of friendly fire.
Am I enjoying myself? I don't know what the hell is going on in this game. I don't know what the story is. I don't know who my character is. I don't know if I am playing a "hero" or a villain. Regardless, I will see the game to the end. I don't know if I'm really enjoying my time with it.
