CAPTAIN'S LOG:
First available during Retribution: Aftermath. As soon as you get access to the door by moving the large cabinet, you'll watch a cutscene and end up in an office. Walk forward and notice the computer on your left; interacting with it to unlock this.
You also have chances to unlock this during any of the later Retribution missions, and will be required to use the computer during Retribution: Cost of Victory.
REALITY TV:
This is first available during Retribtuion: Back in the Fight. As you come out of your ship, follow the orders and proceed up the elevator. Once at the top; continue forward instead of following your partner to find the newroom; watching the newscast to unlock this.
