GETTING THE TESLA GUN

Step #1: Turning on the Power

First, activate the power. Blow out the sewer by turning the two valves in the village square and one just past the riverside door then hitting the button in the Village Square. That gets you access to the first power switch which unlocks the bunker door. Once you're in the command room, you need to unlock both the morgue and lab doors. Go into each and hit the power switches quickly, as they'll reset if you don't hit both in the time limit. It's fairly generous if you know where they are. This unlocks the salt mine which you need to travel through to get to the emperor's chamber.

Step #2: Charging the device

In the chamber you need to activate the large machine in the center which needs to be charged up with dead zombies. Just kill zombies in the red circle to charge it up. It takes about 25 or so, after which a glowing device will rise up. Go back to the command center to crank open the canopy, which allows the device to raise up further and attach to the ceiling rail.

Step #3: Collecting the Tesla Gun Parts
At this point it'd probably be a good idea to go ahead and unlock the pack-a-punch machine, as you'll have to charge up this device a few more times and having a powered-up gun will make this much, much easier.

Anyway, Once this is done, go up to the raised platform in the command center and hit the button, which causes the device to begin moving along the rail. first it will travel to the laboratory. You need to charge it much like in the Emperor's Chamber as it travels. Once it plugs into a machine in the laboratory, you can get the barrel of the tesla gun.

Next, the transfer device moves back to the command room, then begins moving toward the morgue. You'll need to repeat the process of charging the device with dead zombies, after which it'll plug into a machine in the morgue and give you the tesla gun core.

Step #4: Assembly

The moment you pick it up, a Brenner (flamethrower boss zombie) spawns into the command room. You'll have to kill it before you're allowed to assemble the tesla gun. Once he's dead, head up to the weapon assembly station and insert the two pieces you've got and wait for the device to plug into the station. Wait a few seconds and the tesla gun will be fully constructed.
