This is a Call of Chernobyl Mod called "Call of the Zone" by Doctor X, who recently passed away last year. I believe it is based on CoC 1.5 R4, which is supposed to be more stable than the R6 I had just been playing and had to abandon, being unable to leave Dead City. In this video I am just going through the Game settings and then choosing my character, a Loner starting in Rostok. After launching my named character, I go around Rostok searching all the known stashes so that I can gather as many supplies as possible.
