Waiting out the Psi Storm in the train tunnel, I ventured out alone to see if a path was clear. I met a couple of Duty near the bus stop. My Companions were not moving, so I returned to the train tunnel and found that the gunfire at the abandoned Factory Complex, wasn't making leaving a good idea for them. We waited a while, watching an enemy Dutyer, walk among the Military, so probably not a good idea to engage them when with other allies.

I reloaded a save I had just made in the train tunnel and I was able to get a dozen or less to follow me out, where we made a path through the woods, hoping the cover would hide us from view. Some mutants were expected along the way and once cleared, we were able to make it safely to the Military Base. Once there, I made another save and reloaded it, getting almost all of them safely inside the main building. I checked my PDA relations and saw they were still alive but not moving. I decided to end the video and try to get them moving in the next.

I'm thinking that maybe the uneven ground in the tunnel, with two sets of train tracks, might have contributed to some of them getting stuck.
