The Military Repair Technician gave me the task of bringing him the gunsmith toolkit. As with most cases, the first-tier toolkit is often in the same level as it is given. This is a good feature for a new Player starting out at their Faction Base. Unless of course, the Player chooses a harder, less resources start location like Jupiter or Zaton. The lack of activated stashes in those levels, means the Player has limited options for gathering supplies and finding the three types of toolkits each Faction Repair Tech needs.
