I saw some headlamps moving around at the Camp just outside the Old Warehouse. There's a trailer there, that is supposed to be neutral ground for sleeping, just like the 2nd floor room of the building by the Gas Station. The Camp itself was not neutral ground, and it was a favored location of all the Factions, when they wanted to visit the Dark Valley but say clear of our Base in the north. The Pig Farm to the far south has no safe berthing or sleeping, but does give shelter from the storms.

I couldn't identify what Factions were there so I decided to get down from the roof and walk over there. When I crossed the street and started going up the hill, I could hear some chatter and the movement of headlamps, told me there were several men there. When I raised my AN-94 with its target acquisition scope, it immediately identified enemy Clear Sky, mixed in with my ally the Mercenaries. Somehow they didn't see me, so I retreated slowly and returned to the Bandit Base, but not before snagging an artifact and taking in the view, from the roof of the neutral sleeping building.
