A camel has a hump to store fat, long legs, and can walk long distances without water, making it the “ship of the desert.” Goats do not have humps but are hardy, quick, and can survive on little food, eating grass, shrubs, and leaves. Both animals are valuable for people, but camels are mainly used for transport in deserts, while goats are more common in farms.
