CamKix Windscreen Windslayer for GoPro Hero3+ & Hero 3 & 4
8In this review video I unbox and test the CamKix WindScreen for the GoPro Hero3+ and Hero 3, it should also work with the Hero4 as well.
This unboxing was done entirely on a GoPro Hero 3+
Although it's not designed to work with extended backs on the Heroes, It's a fantastic addition to the standard Hero setup.
It is very good at reducing wind interference on the Hero inbuilt mics, and in certain instances it will completely block all light wind and breezes from the built in microphones.
You can buy the WindScreen on its own or in a pack like the one I'm using, which includes a lens cleaning cloth, a lens cap, a UV Ultraviolet Filter and a cage with a camera mount for attaching to QR quick release plates.
