This video is a test of the Saramonic SmartRig and Rode NT5. The SmartRig is a XLR microphone pre-amplifier that can also provide 48 volt phantom power as well as pre-amplification for dynamic microphones. The NT5 is a short pencil type cardioid condenser microphone.

I'm producing a very involved video of the SmartRig with a number of video shotgun and studio condenser microphones. But because I'm so impressed with the SmartRig, especially its ultra low noise floor, I've just posted these NT5 examples ahead of the full video.
