Back in the CN run of this event, Dobermann Squad got close to risk 18 but in the end CN only got up to Risk 17. For EN It was up to me to bring it up to 18, and I'm happy to say I succeeded for them. Compared to Risk 17 I added HP 1 (+40% Enemy HP). This was also with EN having a disadvantage due to there being no U-Official in this server. She gives a 7 second stun to all enemies in range, and Red Blade is not stun immune, so you can imagine how much she helps.
For the last tag I had a choice between taking HP Up 1 or Red Blade 2 for 18. Red Blade 2 is an effective 30% hp increade for Red Blade, but that's not the hard part. The hard part was his 5 seconds of invincibility. That's 5 seconds of Melantha and Doberman's skill time that he waste, but also he spends 5 seconds for phase transition as well, so effectively half of Melantha and Dobermann's skill wen to waste. I could not figure out a way to fight Avenger like this so I bit the bullet and took +40% hp instead which made everything else harder.
This clear had a lot of rng during the Red Avenger and the Main Avenger. For the red Avengers I cut down the number of Defender from 3 to 2 so outhealing them all with just Ansel for that long period of time without anyone was dying was entirely based on whether Ansel got a good amount of Double Heals or not and when he did them. For the main Avenger I needed the 1 Spot Dodge in order to just barely have enough bodies.
Using Castle-3 forced a unique approach to the first yellow avenger. The way I fought it was in respect to Hibiscus' auto attacks, as I needed her to heal Dobermann at certain times, without getting too distracted by healing Melantha. Castle-3 was deployed on the last Avenger auto before the true damage altar hit Dobermann so Hibiscus could heal Dobermann. Melantha's deployment was delayed a bit so when Melantha got hit 1 last time Hibiscus wold heal Dobermann right before. Melantha killed the Avenger just in time before his last auto killed her.
