the hardest challenge ive ever did, and the rules for this challenge are gona be difificult.

this challenge was inspired by @PhantomAarantula
the rules to this challenge.
-to pervent me from taking damage 100 times, i can take only 19 damage, if the "you hure peppino/gustavo 20 times message pop's up, i have to restart)
-were starting from a fresh new save file if any is open.
-our source of loseing points is taking daqmage or point decay during pizza time.
-we can ONLY GET d ranks for this challenge (oviously)
-and finaly, we can not use the debug menu to get rid of power ups or anything for this challenge.
