I hope you all understand why rules have to be put in place, I want my chat to be a safe place for everyone to just hang out and chill, so none of these things will be tolerated. If anyone breaks these rules a first offense will result in a 5 minute ban, a second offense will result in a 10 minute ban and a third offense will result in an hour ban if a chatter breaks a rule one more time that would be a 24 hour ban, and if it continues after that the ban may be permanent.
