When you purchase Final Cut Pro from the Mac App Store, the license is tied to your Apple ID. This allows you to install and use it on multiple Apple-branded computers that you own or control, as long as those computers are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for Mac App Store products generally permits personal, non-commercial use on "any Apple-branded products running macOS that you own or control." For commercial enterprises or educational institutions, specific clauses may allow use by a single individual on multiple Mac computers they use, or by multiple individuals on a single shared Mac.
While you can install it on several of your Macs, the license agreement typically states that the software is licensed on a per-computer basis, not per user or site, and it is generally not permitted to make the software available over a network where it could be used by multiple computers simultaneously by different users. The intent is for the primary user of the Apple ID to be the one using Final Cut Pro across their own devices.
It's important to note that Final Cut Pro for iPad is a separate application and subscription, so while you can use both, the purchase for the Mac version does not directly grant access to the iPad version, and vice-versa.
