Can three Sudoku setters make dominoes more friendly?
My solve of "Friendly Dominodoku" by Riffclown, Andrewsarchus and Chilly.
This Sudoku introduces the new Friendly Dominodoku ruleset they have created using an extra restriction on top of Kropki and Friendly Cells constraints.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Normal Friendly Dominodoku rules apply.
There are 36 unique dominos. No two share the same 2 digits regardless of orientation.
Black Spinner dots mark all dominoes whose digits have a 1:2 ratio. White spinner dots mark all dominoes with
consecutive digits. Spinners ALWAYS exist only in the center of a domino. All valid spinners are marked.
- All Friendly Cells (indexing row, column, or box) are marked with a green diamond.
