i made this video for those people who are running a workstation card, but because they spent all their money on the workstation card, they don't have any spare cash (my Quadro M4000 at launch was ~$900 ON SALE. not a cheap card at all) left to get a secondary gaming card. this video goes over if a workstation card can still provide some entertainment power to let you have some fun in your free time. overall: it performs somewhere in between a gtx 960 and a gtx 970. which makes sense as it has the same gm206(?) core as a 970, but isn't built for gaming. so if you need to get work done, but also sometimes have some free time on your hands, the Quadro M4000 is an ok choice. or you could be like me and have a m4000 as a rendering card and a couple of gtx 980 tis as gaming cards.
