Just my thoughts on Victory Games being closed and C&C being cancelled.
It appears now that this was indeed purely upper level EA BS which has shut down C&C. It likely had very little to do with alpha feedback, profitability, or the game's progress. The studio was not closed because "We are not making the game you want to play." This is of course not confirmed by EA, but nothing ever will be.
