Part 2/2 of Operation: Big Apple in my C&C Red Alert 2 Hard - Soviet walkthrough.

We start by taking out the War Factory, with V3 support for the garrisoned buildings.
Once destroyed, we head into the base and take the Construction Yard and Barracks, placing our own Soviet one too. Destroying the twin towers is optional, though recommended, due to the crate you get from each. The force is now big enough to hold the position, only requiring about an additional 5-10 Flak Troopers or Tracks for Air defence. I keep building for fun though. Once the timer expires, mission accomplished and you enslave the minds of New York's citizens.
