Part 1/2 of Operation: Fallout in my C&C Red Alert 2 Hard - Allies walkthrough.
Defensively, this level gives you a bit of time before the major attacks come in. It's not worth defending the two 'Spidered' Refineries as they will just be over run anyway. Instead, destroy the garrisoned building by your Ore field (saves garrison money), and deploy GIs backed up by Prism Towers and Rocketeers by the bridge to the north east of your main base. The rest of your base will only require Naval/Air defence.
There are two Oil Derricks in the north west if you want to capture them, I felt it unecessary to do so, and again don't bother defending them as it's a waste of cash.
Once you're comfortable with your base defences, start teching up and building a small Naval strike force. Get a comfortable sized Naval/Chrono assault force ready BEFORE the Chronosphere is deployed, as the map will expand once it is placed.
