This is a good example how even 3 levels higher units does not make you win, simply because you are using them wrong.

1.) Riflemen counter rocketers, you should never send rocketers to fight riflemen!
2.) Titans are weak against infantry (and even Sandstorm is strong against vehicles).
3.) Going 2 harvesters at start than full Tech is very hard tac, only few can do it well. It does not work in most cases.
