How to Fix New Document Create Option Not Working in Photoshop CC 2020
If your new file creator in not working on photoshop then follow these steps or If you are having issues on creating new file, either from resent, or saved, photos, videos, etc. Fit it here:
1. Open Photoshop
2. Click on Edit Menu and select Perferences.
3. From there under general tab check 'use legacy "New Document" interface'
4. Click OK
