Can't stream from PS4 to Youtube, error CE-35340-5

Sorry for the poor quality, this is recorded and uploaded form my front cam on my phone.

At the moment i can't stream from my PS4 to Youtube.
I get the error code CE-35340-5.
I tried rebootong my modem and PS4, restored licences, logged off on the PS4 broadcast settings and logged on again.
None of these things work.

I started when iwas was streaming this morning No Man's Sky and did the new Community research.
All off a sudden the game freezed and after that i could not stream anymore.
Does anyone know if there is a problem at Sony or Youtube or maybe a fix.
