This video discusses the existing caps in Torchlight III. It covers 5 specific hard caps: Crit Chance, Crit DMG, Block Chance, Evasion, & DMG Reduction while mentioning some of the ways to get those and reach the caps as well as certain things that will eventually allow you to go over the crit chance cap.
There are two caps I forgot to mention in this video: Attack Speed (for basic attacks only) Capped at 60% (very easy to reach this) and Ger Luck capped at 100% (including bonuses from map affixes that won't show on your stats screen.
