It's Steve Rogers' 80th anniversary so Marvel is celebrating by introducing a bunch of new characters who were inspired by Captain America. Unfortunately there are aspects of these characters that are a bit questionable like accidently naming one of them something inappropriate in Tagalog when the character is supposed to be Filipino. Oops.

Joe Gomez looks kind of cool so there's that.
