Captain Toad Goes to Outer Space | Miniboss 1 - Captain Kadena
9A showcase of the first miniboss, Captain Kadena, in my SMBX2 episode "Captain Toad Goes to Outer Space."
The incoming collision course of Mars towards Earth brings upon some strange happenings in the Mushroom Kingdom, one of which is converting Koopa Troopas into a dangerous team of rebelling turtles who claim to have a motive for overthrowing Bowser for his bad deeds. It is led by Captain Kadena, a female lone yellow Koopa Troopa who has become the strongest of all the Elite Koopas in the plain.
Knowing that the collision course of Mars might keep the Elite Koopas' powers chugging, Captain Kadena decides to take action against Captain Toad, who is on his way to flying to Planet Mars to stop the collision course!
This is the first miniboss in the game, and as such, I've intended it to be an easy-to-normal battle in terms of difficulty. Captain Kadena attacks by tossing several fireballs, while using the Clear Pipes around the arena to her advantage. She can also roll into her armadillo-like shell and roll super fast, making her essentially dangerous for Captain Toad.
