******NOTE*******
I forgot to mention in the video why the 4 (in FB B4) got a +1 added to it, but the B (in 4C AB) didn't get a +1 added. The reason the 4 (in FB B4) got a +1 is because the first letter is F. If the first letter is E or lower, it would NOT get +1. It would remain the same. So for example if it was CB B4 instead of FB B4, it would become 234DB, same calculation as the 4C AB when it became 22B5C.
