0Welcome to a new series start, CaptChang Plays Genesis Alpha One (Deluxe Edition). If you want to succeed in GAODE, you should watch this, where I will show you EVERY step I made, no camera tricks, no cutting out bad parts. There will be mistakes, running around blindly, tactical oops, WTH are you doing, and more.
In episode 3, we got the initial defenses setup, so we will continue gathering resources and shoring up our defenses, to make sure no enemies survive a trip coming through the hangar or the tractor beam module, unless it's something REALLY unexpected...
So please ask any questions in the comments, why I do certain things, and so on, and I'll try to answer them for you.
For the purpose of this playthrough, I am using "traveler" difficulty (i.e. easy), with 7 reactors max, so I can build a fairly large ship.
