CAPTURE SOUND WORKING AGAIN

Sound and Video captured from my Alienware laptop to my custom Desktop gaming rig via HDMI to USB capture device.

Replaced my HDMI to USB capture device and the sound started working, I tried several things in OBS with the previous capture device without luck, I may try it again in the future on a different computer to see if maybe some settings were just persistent on this system or something silly like that.

The Atari Carts should have sound now when I make videos on them, I have a handful of carts, not many, and some ROMS to play the old school way with a single button joystick.
