This isn't the best recording as I do not have a matched pair of microphones to record a proper stereo image of these speakers. Ideally, I would have used two Shure SM57s, but I only have one. For the other mic, I used an Audio Technica AT875R and tried to match the input levels of the channels as evenly as possible.

The specs of these microphones are completely different, but the end result with the Shure on the left channel panned 100% to the left and the Audio Technica on the right panned 100% to the right turned out better than I thought. In time, I will likely procure a second SM57 mic as they are dead reliable and have a very flat frequency response and will redo this recording.

Because these speakers are a direct reflecting design, they do not reproduce sound like the average speaker. Even though these are the Series IV iteration and are ported for efficiency, feeding them a large amount of clean unclipped power results in stunning reproduction.
