The method:

Step one - Steal a Police Car
Step two - Park it in one of your property's garage
Step three - in the garage, trigger the vigilante mission (R3 on PS4)
Step four - Exit the car and stand back a bit
Step five - Enter the Cheat code to blow up vehicle

R2, L2 R1, L1, L2, R2, Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, L2, L1

Step six - re-enter the garage and get back in the vehicle before the Vigilante timer runs out. Then go back to step four and repeat as in the video.

The cash earned will increase each time you do this, so you can continue as long as you like.
