She Spies is an American action-adventure television series that ran from 2002 to 2004 before being cancelled due to a decline in ratings. It followed Deedra, Cassie, and Shane: Three female convicted felons who are paroled from prison in exchange for work as secret operatives for the US government, aka spies.

In the opening to the 2nd episode, the girls are held captive when Cassie swallows a bomb as a way to force the bad guy to let them go. She then gags it up after they've escaped, with some help from the others.
